Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes and plunge them into a pan of cold water. Bring to the boil and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Place the potatoes in a bowl. Crumble in the feta cheese and add the cream cheese. Mash the mixture together with the spring onions, dill, egg yolk, flour and lemon juice. Season well and stir lightly. Season with salt and pepper and mix again.
Divide the mixture into small balls and flatten them. Put it in the fridge for 20min.
Brush all patties with olive oil and place on a hot grill, turning several times until golden brown.
