An easy burger recipe with an irresistible "homemade" taste, made with potatoes, cheese and tomato, seasoned with basil.
- Wash the potatoes and place them in a microwave-safe dish. Fill to a third with water, cover with microwave-safe cling film and cook for 8 to 10 minutes at maximum power.
- Cut the potatoes into 3 or 4 slices and the tomatoes into rings.
- Assemble the burgers with potato, tomato, cheddar cheese, basil and potato. Hold them in place with a toothpick. Drizzle with oil.
