- Peel and grate the potatoes. Allow them to drain in a colander for at least 20 minutes.
- Chop the onions and red cabbage and flat parsley. Peel and crush the garlic.
- Mix together the eggs, flour, and seasoning. Add the grated potatoes, cabbage, onion, and flat parsley and mix together.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add spoonsful of the mixture to the frying pan. Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Continue until all the mixture is used.
