Ingredients for 4

  • 8 salad/ baby potatoes (approximately 200g)
  • 8 rashers of bacon
  • 150g red and green peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablesp. Rapeseed or olive oil
  • 2 teasp. fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • A pinch of salt
Cooking time: 22 MIN

A tasty recipe of skewered potatoes served with slices of bacon, peppers and sage.

  1. Cut the rashers of bacon in half.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thick slices (leave them whole if they are small) and roll them in bacon.
  3. On skewers, alternate bacon slices with chopped red and green pepper.
  4. Drizzle with oil.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh sage and salt.
  6. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes, turning regularly.

Note: Grill on the barbecue during the summer.
