POTATO PIZZA WITH CHARD, MOZZERELLA AND BLUE CHEESE

Ingredients for 4

  • 2 potatoes (e.g. Rooster potatoes) (approximately 300 g)
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 200 g spinach
  • 35 g of blue cheese
  • 100 g smoked raclette cheese
  • 120 g fresh cream
  • Sage, thyme
  • Pepper
  • Basil
Cooking time: 45 MIN

An autumn pizza as comforting as it is delicious.

  1. Wash and cook the potatoes in a pan of salted boiling water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut them into slices.
  3. Crumble the blue cheese
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (Gas 6).
  5. Roll out the pizza dough and spread with fresh cream you have whipped up a little so that it is a little firmer to spread on the pizza dough.
  6. Place the potato slices and the chard on the pizza.
  7. Add the slices of cheese and sprinkle with a few leaves of fresh sage and thyme.
  8. Add pepper and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Add spinach on top of the pizza and serve.
